Xit 404 Nauticam Fiber Optic Adapter Review by Todd Winner

The Xit 404 Nauticam to Sea & Sea fiber adapter is a truly excellent accessory for any Nauticam user that already owns Sea & Sea fiber optic strobe cables. Even if you already have Nauticam fiber optic cables this is a great item to add to your save-a-dive kit. The adaptors are made from black anodized aluminum and simply screw onto Nauticam housing’s fiber optic ports. Sea & Sea cables can then be plugged directly into the adaptor. Inon fiber optic cables can also be used with the addition of the Xit 404 Inon to Sea & Sea fiber optic connector. I’ve tested these adapters using a Nauticam 5D Mark III housing,Nauticam flash trigger, Nauticam flash trigger prism and Sea & Sea YS 250 strobes with Sea & Sea cables. The adapters worked perfectly as expected.
